Must Have
Minimum of one year of customer service experience in an administrative setting, Experience in patient-facing roles, especially those involving structured or planned activities, Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, Ability to follow general direction, Highly detail-oriented with organizational skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Excellent time management and organizational abilities, Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization, Shows a commitment to enhancing the consumer experience and supporting organizational goals, CPR Certified
Nice to Have
Fitness experience, Silver Sneakers certified, Basic knowledge of Population Health Strategy, Familiarity with Medicare
