Job Description: **Activity Coordinator** **Location:** The Donnington Care Home, Wantage Road, Donnington, Newbury RG14 3BE **Contract:** Permanent **Hours:** Part Time**,** 8 hours per week, covering Saturday and Sunday **Salary:** £13.30 - £14.30 per hour depending on experience **CQC rating:** Good **Carehome.co.uk rating:** 9.7 / 10 The Donnington in Newbury focuses on round-the-clock support for a wide range of needs. Care provision includes nursing or residential care, convalescence and respite, as well as palliative care support and help for adults with Parkinson’s. Residents can stay for a week, a month or longer– however long residents or loved ones need support. They’ll get to relax and meet new friends, giving families complete peace of mind. The home has a dedicated respite room that can be booked up to six months in advance, staff are happy to accept last-minute requests too. With scenic countryside surroundings, this converted red-brick Victorian house offers comfortable social environments, light and airy lounges, en-suite bedrooms and on-site therapies. Many activities and fulfilling pastimes are enjoyed within the house, including art classes and musical recitals, with summer fetes and other annual events adding further to home life. **We make health happen** Here at Bupa we support those when they need it the most.
