Serves as an active member of the Activities Committee under the direction of the Client Engagement Manager

contributing to the development of structured

and therapeutically appropriate recreational programming

Maintains an activities calendar and communicates programming schedules to staff and clients in advance

Collaborates with clinical and direct care teams to ensure activities support individualized treatment plans and therapeutic objectives

Responds to client escalation during activities and supports de-escalation in alignment with CPI notifies the Client Engagement Manager or Campus Lead as appropriate

Documents client participation in activities and communicates relevant observations from programming to the clinical team to inform treatment planning and goal updates

Coordinates logistics for off-campus outings

including transportation planning

and client eligibility review

in collaboration with the Client Engagement Manager

Ensures all activity spaces

and materials are safe

and appropriately inventoried

Transports clients as needed and as assigned

if an approved driver
