What You'll Do.
Assist Director to create program
Plan recreation program
Implement recreation program
Stimulate residents cognitively
Stimulate residents culturally
Stimulate residents creatively
Stimulate residents psychologically
Stimulate residents spiritually
Promote individual pleasure
Promote group pleasure
Promote social interaction
Develop activities calendar
Involve staff in activities
Coordinate transportation with Chauffer
Post calendar by 1st of month
Distribute monthly calendar to residents
Set up room prior to activity
Assemble materials and equipment
Facilitate daily activities
Encourage resident involvement in activities
Assist resident involvement in activities
Coordinate activities program with resident services
Coordinate activities program with other departments
Adapt recreation to resident capabilities
Consider resident interests
Consider resident background
Document resident participation
Document reason for not participating
Perform other duties as assigned
