What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master in vehicle engineering, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field. At least 3 years of working experience in AD/ADAS System or Software development and working experience in AD/ADAS perception domain. Development experience on Active Safety functions (e.g., AEB, LSS) and good experience of iVISTA, C-NCAP, CIASI, GB AEBS, GB/T LKA, GB/T BSM, GB ACPE, etc. Experience of project execution in Automotive industry.
Nice to Have
Hands-on development experience on AD platforms (ROS, Autoware, Apollo, etc.). Skill in MBD (MATLAB/Simulink/dSpace toolkit) OR C++ programming and scripting languages (Python among others). Good driving skills.

The Active Safety Customer Function Owner defines ADAS functional requirements for perception and functional parts, managing corresponding ASPICE processes and documents.
This role coordinates function activities across various testing and rating standards (iVISTA, C-NCAP, etc.), leads system and software development, and oversees feature rollout and integration validation.
The owner is responsible for function release approval and leading issue resolution processes.

Cooperate with internal/external Function development team. Coordinating with PM/ Carline team. Inter-cultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.
