What They're Looking For.

Must Have

12 + years of experience in designing, building, implementing, and supporting Active Directory, Understand core Active Directory services in depth, including domain services, Group Policy, domain controller management, replication, DNS integration, authentication, and security hardening, Expertise with Active Directory-related 3rd party tools for monitoring/logging/security, PowerShell, Experience with Recovery and Backup tools, Creating scripts, Building automation using PowerShell, Experience in Active Directory Support and Engineering roles, Experience producing technical documentation, Experience in a variety of roles/teams including, but not limited to, operations, Engineering, architecture & security, Ability to build healthy working relationships and partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers, Experience and knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for anticipating, recognizing, and resolving complex technical problems

What You'll Do.

Provide subject matter expertise for critical Enterprise services as well as projects and initiatives as they relate to the design

and support of major infrastructure technology as well as implementation of automated solutions for existing and new processes

Support end-to-end project implementation

Provide subject matter expertise and 3rd level of Engineering and operational support for services within our portfolio

Implement automation capabilities for new and existing processes

Provide consulting and support for other services and project work as needed

You will provide subject matter expertise for critical Enterprise services as well as projects and initiatives as they relate to the design, implementation, and support of major infrastructure technology as well as implementation of automated solutions for existing and new processes. You’ll support end-to-end project implementation. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team to create and build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best-in-class client experience. You'll build and maintain a strong relationship with Information Security and other technology, architecture, and solutions teams across CIBC. The Identity Directory & Tools team is accountable for the Engineering and Operational Support of CIBC’s Enterprise Identity infrastructure. This includes services such as Active Directory. You will provide subject matter expertise and 3rd level of Engineering and operational support for services within our portfolio, implement automation capabilities for new and existing processes, and will have in-depth knowledge and experience building, deploying, supporting, and automating Active Directory, as this is the initial areas of focus for this role. The selected candidate will also provide consulting and support for other services and project work as needed. This role requires the successful candidate to periodically work outside of normal business
