Role Overview The Activation Specialist will work across an exciting mix of US clients across different industries, providing day-to-day support to the wider media team, with a focus on activation and optimization of digital channels. You will need to be highly proficient in media implementation, the digital media landscape, and performance marketing. This includes a strong understanding of social media platforms, programmatic channels, Google Analytics, and vendor management. You will develop strong trust-based relationships with both clients and agency team members. Curiosity and common sense are essential to staying up to date on platform and partner capabilities and identifying opportunities for clients and the broader team. Core Responsibilities Work directly with the team to support implementation, optimization, and reporting for key clients. Work directly with the team to assist with overall client planning and day-to-day client requests. Work directly with media partners to book, implement, and report on campaigns. Support the preparation, writing, and presentation of integrated media plans, proposals, and analyses that satisfy client objectives and go beyond the brief. Maintain stewardship and accountability of media plans, regularly evaluating and monitoring execution to implement meaningful optimizations.
