This role will include: * **SOW** : Writing the Statement of Work for upcoming acquisitions * **Acquisition** : Defining proposal acceptance criteria, monitoring developer’s cost, schedule, and performance during execution, reviewing CDRLs, and providing innovative acquisition recommendations to solve challenging issues with the optimal courses of action. * **Oversight:** Overseeing contract execution and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) * **Performance:** Advising Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) on developer performance through cost, schedule, and performance analysis and evaluation * **Technical:** Identifying risks and providing unique courses of action to solve complex technical problems * **Accuracy:** Reviewing contractor submissions for technical accuracy and providing government personnel detailed critical analysis * **Compliance:** Assist with contract compliance assessments **Work Environment:** * **Location:** On-site * **Travel Requirements:** Minimal * **Working Hours:** Standard **Qualifications:** **Required:** * **Clearance:** M
