## Description This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Acquisition Engineering Team Lead based in Romania. This role combines hands-on frontend engineering with strong technical leadership to shape how users discover, engage with, and convert across global web experiences. You will lead a team responsible for building and evolving acquisition surfaces such as marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels. The scope is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with Marketing, Design, Product, Compliance, and Legal to deliver scalable, high-performing, and regionally adapted web experiences. You will play a key role in defining how content is created, managed, localized, and optimized for conversion across multiple markets. The environment is fast-moving and product-driven, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, data-informed decision-making, and continuous optimization. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact user growth and acquisition efficiency at a global scale while shaping the technical direction of the web platform. You will also mentor engineers and elevate frontend engineering standards across a distributed, high-performing team. ## Accountabilities Manage, mentor, and support a team of engineers, including performance management, coaching, and career development. Own the technical direction of acquisition systems, including marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Drive improvements in conversion performance by enhancing analytics, instrumentation, and funnel observability.
