## Description This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Acquisition Engineering Team Lead based in Romania. This role combines hands-on frontend engineering with strong technical leadership to shape how users discover, engage with, and convert across global web experiences. You will lead a team responsible for building and evolving acquisition surfaces such as marketing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels. The scope is highly cross-functional, involving close collaboration with Marketing, Design, Product, Compliance, and Legal to deliver scalable, high-performing, and regionally adapted web experiences. You will play a key role in defining how content is created, managed, localized, and optimized for conversion across multiple markets. The environment is fast-moving and product-driven, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, data-informed decision-making, and continuous optimization. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact user growth and acquisition efficiency at a global scale while shaping the technical direction of the web platform. You will also mentor engineers and elevate frontend engineering standards across a distributed, high-performing team. ## Accountabilities Manage, mentor, and support a team of engineers, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
