Our team thrives on collaboration, continuous learning, and a shared mission to make a difference. **What You 'll Do** As **Acme Operator** at our Avon Lake facility, you’ll play a key role in our manufacturing process by operating multi-spindle lathe-type screw machines to produce precision components. This role requires mechanical precision, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. * Operate Acme Gridley multi-spindle automatic screw machines to manufacture parts to specification. Inspect coolant, oil level and air pressure before operating the machine. * Effectively use shop packages to include, but not limited to, manufacturing orders, bills of materials, routings, part prints, job layouts and quality alerts. * To ensure that only gages and tools that are used are within calibration dates. * To operate multiple machines simultaneously as required by the routing. * Produces product to establish quality standards and notify your direct supervisor if non-conforming product is found. * Perform quality checks per Inspection Record & documents. * Request raw materials in a timely manner as needed for production and maintain accuracy of all inventory procedures. * Follow safe working practices an
