What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership, Experience with six sigma tools and Lean techniques, Experience in program or project management, Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Nice to Have
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field, Six Sigma Black Belt, or experience in design review process to incorporate electrical, mechanical, automation controls solutions to drive equipment reliability and standards
What You'll Do.
Be the Subject Matter Expert on all operational
Lead process integration efforts at Delivery Stations
Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives
Own and manage change on a granular level
Perform audits to ensure continuous SOP adoption
Eliminate defects and deviations
Work with Under the Roof teams to identify
Work with On the Road teams to identify
Offer support and expertise to AMZL teams
Gain insight into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
Benchmark processes with counterparts in other geographies
Ensure conformity with Amazon Standard Work

Work with AMZL teams; Work with Station Ops; Work with Last Mile team/Delivery Service Providers; Work with Learning team; Work with Finance team; Work with HR team; Work with Loss Prevention team; Work with counterparts in other geographies
