Accuracy Checking Pharmacy Technician (Full-time) We are not looking for someone who clocks in, does the minimum, and clocks out. You will not be managed through every task. You will be trusted to lead, to spot problems before they become incidents, and to raise the bar for everyone around you. What will you be doing? - Carrying out accuracy checks on dispensed medicines, ensuring full compliance with legal, operational and safety standards - Taking ownership of the end-to-end dispensing process — not just your part of it - Maintaining clear, accurate prescription records and escalating discrepancies without hesitation - Actively mentoring junior colleagues and helping to build a team culture rooted in accountability, safety and quality - Staying sharp on professional development, best practice and regulatory changes — because you want to, not because you have to - Working with pace and purpose alongside the wider pharmacy team to ensure every patient gets exactly what they need, when they need it What do you need? - Level 3 NVQ in Pharmacy Services (ACT) or equivalent ACT qualification - Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC — no exceptions - Solid, proven experience in a pharmacy setting with a strong track record in accuracy checking - Deep working knowledge of pharmacy regulations, policies and SOPs - The kind of attention to detail that yo
