You’ll do more, learn more, and have the ability to make a profound impact on our business. ## Responsibilities Focus on accounts receivable including invoicing entry and collections Responsible for billing customers as well as reviewing sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices for accuracy Process customer cash receipts Manage cash journal entries and reconciliations Manage collections and follow-up on past due balances with customers Review Accounts Receivable balances and ensure bad debt reserves and write offs are accurate and recorded appropriately Review credit memos and ensure appropriate support and documentation is provided Lead AR related process improvements and projects as needed ## Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience in full cycle Accounts Receivable Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis SAP experience preferred Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data Solid written, verbal communication and collaborative skills Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products Strong organizational skills Ability to work cross-fu
