What You'll Do.
Prepare and submit time and material billings
Ensure timely cash collection
Perform contract administration tasks
Process contract and change orders
Prepare payment applications
Prepare lien releases
Assist with schedule of values preparation
Prepare substantiated cost billings
Gather supported documentation
Provide A/R progress reports
Utilize portal invoicing
Process cash receipts
Process bank deposits
Research and verify discrepancies
Run final variance reports
Match change orders and contract logs
Adhere to PRIME Safety Program
Comply with safety regulations
Maintain physical presence onsite
Provide assistance to specific groups
