Our market spans all industries and our service offerings include Critical Electrical, Mechanical ensure proper coding on documents Maintain accounting reports and spreadsheets Perform other duties as assigned Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions and entering them into the general ledger or accounting software Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted Minimum Qualifications Required: Minimum of two years’ experience with accounts receivable Minimum of an Associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred Strong Customer Service Skills Strong computer skills High attention to detail Maintain confidentiality Team Player Strong time management skills Excellent data entry management Good Math Skills Able to work overtime when needed Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
