3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance or collections role, General understanding of computerized accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills, Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have
knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP is an asset, RMA experience is an asset

Serve as customer liaison
