What You'll Do.
Apply customer payments
Perform daily cash application
Reconcile bank activity
Monitor accounts receivable aging
Follow up on outstanding balances
Maintain accurate customer account records
Resolve billing discrepancies
Assist with month-end close
Prepare AR reconciliations
Prepare journal entries
Support audit requests
Provide AR documentation
Coordinate with internal teams
Resolve payment issues
Maintain compliance with internal controls
Maintain compliance with accounting policies
Assist with ad hoc reporting
Assist with special projects
