What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable processes or customer service support role, Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and accounts payable software, Minimum 50 words per minute typing speed

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Experience working with data input, Analytical and problem solving skills, Ability to manage stress, Build professional and collaborative relationships, Reason through complex business situations

What You'll Do.

Provide research support for A/R team

Collaborate with field staff and EDI Department

Ensure proper documentation is provided for claims

Organize and maintain source data

Provide documents upon request

Escalate missing documentation to supervisor

Suggest process improvements to supervisor

Adhere to Code of Business Ethics

Maintain high safety standards
