What You'll Do.
Lead team complete Accounts Receivable Monthly
Lead team complete Accounts Receivable Yearly Accounting Books
Oversee end-to-end AR processes
Ensure timely and accurate billing
Ensure timely and accurate collections
Ensure timely and accurate dispute resolution
Ensure timely and accurate credit management
Ensure all transactions comply with policies
Ensure all transactions comply with accounting standards
Analyze and resolve issues during closing
Reconcile accounts with customers
Handle customer inquiries
Handle customer disputes
Maintain good customer relationships
Cooperate with Sales team
Reduce aged overdue AR balances
Prepare AR performance monthly reports
Present AR performance monthly reports
Keep continuous improvement
Analyze accounts receivable data
Provide financial advice
Provide improvement measures
Support Sales team with reports
Support Business team with reports
Drive standardization of AR processes
Drive harmonization of AR processes
Lead automation initiatives
Lead ERP system enhancements
Implement best practices
Drive improvement of current systems
Drive improvement of current tools
Initiate automation project for AR
