What You'll Do.
Lead accounts receivable team
Achieve collection targets
Achieve accuracy targets
Achieve service-level targets
Oversee cash application
Oversee customer account reconciliation
Monitor customer aging
Monitor collection performance
Coordinate dispute resolution
Act as point of contact for auditors
Prepare audit documentation
Review audit documentation
Provide audit support
Discuss AR topics with auditors
Ensure timely resolution of audit findings
Implement corrective actions
Partner to strengthen controls
Ensure compliance with NIF
Ensure compliance with US GAAP
Ensure compliance with German GAAP
Maintain internal controls
Support internal audits
Support external audits
Lead month-end close activities
Lead year-end close activities
Oversee AR modules within ERP systems
Directly manage AR staff
Develop AR accounting staff
