What You'll Do.
Support markets in accounts receivable
Perform daily lockbox reporting and research
Post customer payments in Wide Orbit
Perform daily credit card and ACH reporting
Identify and list cross market payments separately
Forward short pay discrepancies to station Sales
Process Credit Adjustment forms for revenue adjustments
Review and clean aging of immaterial amounts
Apply prepayments to open invoices
Ensure between station transfers are complete
Follow up on action items from collection meetings
Process Credit Adjustments
Assist station sales staff and customers
Apply unapplied payments for cash in advance
Complete broadcast and calendar month end billings
Reconcile accounts receivable module
Prepare monthly roll forward
Process co-op billing for stations
Collect scripts and match with invoices
Obtain proper notarization for co-ops
Complete co-ops within 5 days
Scan and place co-op support documents
Research prior balance issues
Provide detailed reconciliations of amounts paid
Work with Sales Management on billing issues
Work with Account Executives on billing issues
Work with Traffic Department on billing issues
Reissue corrected invoices
