Process payroll for employees
Process payments for vendors
Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable functions
Perform three-way matching
Ensure proper coding of invoices
Ensure departmental approval
Ensure accurate entry into ERP system
Process employees’ expense reports
Clear invoices in a timely manner
Resolve unmatched items
Assist with vendor onboarding
Assist with month end close
Perform data entry of invoices
Process vendor payments
Perform problem resolution
Maintain organization of all AP documents
Support Transactional Accounting Manager
Provide excellent customer service
Support Accounting Operations Manager
Assist with ad-hoc projects
