Accounts Payable Supervisor 📍 Honor Foods | Philadelphia, PA 💼 Full Time | Salary | Biweekly Pay Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a knack for leadership and process improvement? Honor Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and optimize our accounts payable function while building strong vendor relationships and guiding a high-performing team. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in the financial operations of a growing company, where your expertise in NetSuite, process management, and team leadership will shine. What You’ll Do Lead & Develop: Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations. Leverage Technology: Use your NetSuite know-how to streamline invoice processing, payments, and vendor management. Vendor Relations: Maintain strong partnerships with vendors while resolving discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms. Invoice & Payment Oversight: Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations. Expense Management: Oversee employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance and quick turnaround. Drive Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies. Month-End & Reporting: Assist with close activities and deliver meaningful AP reports and insights. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce errors, and maximize efficiency. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 5+ years in AP supervision. 3–5 years proven supervisory experience in Accounts Payable. ERP expertise (NetSuite preferred). Strong GAAP knowledge and audit familiarity. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
