Obtain information and data regarding vendor invoice payments
Interact with other departments regarding invoice approval and any purchase order discrepancies or disputes
Ensure a smooth workflow stream of vendor invoices and their booking in the ERP
Prepare payments using online banking systems
Process and handle reconciliation for credit card payments and petty cash transactions
Process travel and business expenses
Participate in book-closing routines
Contribute to process optimization and relevant projects
Perform other relevant tasks as delegated

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Yerevan. What you’ll do Accounts payable Review vendor invoices and requisitions for payment approval. Obtain information and data regarding vendor invoice payments. Interact with other departments regarding invoice approval and any purchase order discrepancies or disputes. Ensure a smooth workflow stream of vendor invoices and their booking in the ERP. Prepare payments using online banking systems. Process and handle reconciliation for credit card payments and petty cash transactions. Process travel and business expenses. General Participate in book-closing routines.
