3–5 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience, Intermediate to advanced Excel, High attention to detail, Excellent organizational skills, Interpersonal abilities, Problem-solving abilities, Self-motivated, Able to work effectively with minimal supervision, Positive attitude, High energy, Collaborative team mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with top-tier accounting software
What You'll Do.
Process invoices for approval
Prepare wire and ACH payments
Coordinate with internal suppliers
Coordinate with contractors
Coordinate with internal departments
Obtain proper payment approvals
Complete weekly check runs
Reconcile vendor research
Resolve discrepancies
Prepare AP aging reports
Maintain AP aging reports
Support month-end close process
Perform other accounting duties
