Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, 5+ years in Accounts Payable or Shared Services, 2+ years leading teams, Demonstrated experience managing Accounts Payable operations in a high-volume, service-oriented environment, knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, supplier maintenance, payments and issue resolution, Knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and standard AP control practices, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills, Customer service-oriented mindset, communication skills, ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, Demonstrated passion for continuous improvements, process optimization and team development
