What You'll Do.
Lead a team of 6 A/P professionals
Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
recommend and implement new Accounts Payable procedures
Ensure AP and AR subledgers are reconciled
Manage AP and AR related balance sheet accounts
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and
Initiate proper training for all team members
Acquire necessary approvals to authorize for payment
Enter invoices into accounting software
Communicate with vendors and research vendor statements
File and organize vendor invoices and other documents
Setup name & address record for new vendors
Administer W-9 documentation
Review and ensure compliance with internal controls
Verify documentation and process employee expense reports
Meet departmental expectations/deadlines
