What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in Accounts Payable leadership or management roles, experience working with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite or similar platforms), Demonstrated ability to step into complex or disorganized environments and quickly drive structure and improvements
Nice to Have
Background in consumer, retail, or eCommerce industries, Experience supporting process transitions, offshoring, or scaling finance operations
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end accounts payable operations
including invoice intake
and vendor management
Stabilize and streamline current AP processes
and internal controls
Manage and reduce any existing backlog while implementing sustainable process improvements
and maintain clear SOPs and process documentation (including Loom/video-based guides where applicable)
Support knowledge transfer and onboarding for offshore or distributed AP teams
Partner closely with the Controller and Finance team to support month-end close and reporting requirements
Identify and implement opportunities for automation
and system enhancements
