Supervise day-to-day activities

Build relationships with global sites
Lead AP resolution meetings
Serve as senior member
Ensure timely vendor payments
Mentor and coach Analysts
Ensure adherence to policies
Manage payment controls
Ensure supplier payments meet policy
Act as deputy for AP Manager
Perform ad hoc duties

Team & Collaboration
Build relationships with global sites; lead weekly or bi-weekly AP resolution meetings; Serve as a senior member of the Global Shared Services team; Mentor and coach Accounts Payable Analysts
