What You'll Do.
Assist with certain daily banking and treasury management functions
Administers the accounts payable function by processing invoices
and ensuring timely payments to vendors
Reconciles accounts payable transactions and resolves discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
Applies working knowledge of multiple accounting systems and external platforms to process transactions
generate payment registers
and produce related reports
Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding invoices and payment status
fostering positive relationships with vendors and internal departments
Ensures compliance with internal controls
and all applicable regulations
Assists with month‑end close activities and supports internal and external audits by providing documentation and information as requested
Performs other duties as assigned
