Minimum three to 12 months experience in related position, Working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Working knowledge of Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as it relates to Accounts Payable, Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator, Ability to read, write and speak English
What You'll Do.
Maintain alphabetical files by vendor
Ensure all payments are made correctly
Process all Accounts Payable invoices
Complete wire authorization forms
Ensure all standing orders are approved
Verify and process Expense Reports
Forward all stop payment and void cheques
Reconcile vendor statements
Run the required reports at month end
Ensure all goods received are accrued
Prepare journal entry for accrual
Maintain a separate file for purchases
Assist in the preparation of Accounts Payable documentation
Maintain an approved vendor listing file
Answer telephones and record messages
File documents and reports
Perform any additional duties as assigned
