Must Have
2+ years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience, Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation, Experience in a customer-focused field or business, Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel, Technical Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in progress (2+ years) or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting or related fields, Driving process improvements independently, Fully proficient English and Spanish, Must know P2P process flow
Nice to Have
Proven experience in accounting reconciliation, Proficiency in Oracle Financials or other ERPs, Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions, Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment, Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload, Portuguese is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support invoice processing
Support invoice troubleshooting
Support vendor inquiries support in LATAM
Root cause research and identification for issues impacting
Support key vendor trends analysis by providing the
Act as a main point of contact for
Develop business relationships with vendors
Resolve vendor conflicts
Prepare vendor health scorecard
Identify vendors accounts likely to become escalations
Support senior analysts in root cause research
Address any account related inquiries and concerns from
Work with functional leaders and other internal groups
Presenting internal control improvement opportunities
