Must Have
3 years of progressive accounting experience, Experience in project-based operations, Experience in construction, Experience in capital asset-intensive industries, Competent in Microsoft Excel advanced features, Working-level knowledge of 1099 requirements, Experience with advanced ERP systems, Experience with automated bank payment systems
Nice to Have
Experience with Sage Intacct, Experience with Stampli invoice approval workflow, Familiarity with Coupa procurement, Experience with Expensify, Knowledge of FloQast, Experience with automated bank payment systems, Familiarity with multi-project expense coding, Familiarity with cost allocation, Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, Knowledge of the utility industry, Experience with process automation, Experience with RPA tools
What You'll Do.
Support vendor onboarding
Process purchase orders
Process vendor invoices
Manage approval process
Administer employee expense
Initiate settlement payments
Support settlements through lender disbursement requests
Address employee and vendor inquiries
Support month-end processing
Support accrual accounting
Support account analysis
Support reconciliations
Support annual financial statement audit
Support Form-1099 processing
Support implementation of a Purchase Order system
Evaluate and initiate process improvements
Analyze financial data
Develop financial policies
Provide guidance on financial compliance
Prepare ad hoc analyses
Perform other duties as assigned
