At the **WB Client Services Desk** we are redefining how corporate banking support works. We connect with international corporate clients daily, help them navigate complex processes, and make their banking experience seamless. Our **Accounts & Onboarding team** is a key pillar of that journey. **Why this role matters** The **Accounts & Onboarding team** is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of corporate accounts for ING’s international clients. This includes everything from opening new accounts, guiding clients through onboarding, maintaining account accuracy, to handling account closures or complex events such as mergers. In this role, candidates work at the crossroads of **client interaction, regulatory requirements, and operational execution** , ensuring that every corporate client has a smooth, compliant, and high‑quality experience. **What you will be doing** ✔ Account Opening - You help clients open new accounts, coordinate required documentation, perform essential checks, and make sure accounts are properly activated. You collaborate with expert teams (Mandates, Channels, Cash Management) to complete the full setup. ✔ Account Closing - You guide clients and internal partners through the safe closure of accounts, ensure linked products are handled correctly, and manage confirmations and documentation. ✔ Account Modifications - You process client requests to update account details, link or delink account features, and apply or remove legal/account blocks. ✔ Mergers - You support clients undergoing structural changes by coordinating the transfer or closure of accounts, performing required checks, and ensuring clean execution in collaboration with relevant domains.
