The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing data entry activities, and supporting the accounting team in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations. This position offers valuable exposure to modern accounting practices, financial reporting, transaction management, and business operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal processes. **Requirements** ### Key Responsibilities * Perform accurate and timely data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems and records. * Maintain and update bookkeeping records, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data. * Process invoices, purchase records, and payment-related documentation. * Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. * Update and maintain general ledger entries and accounting records. * Track expenses, reconcile financial data, and help resolve discrepancies. * Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation as required. * Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions and accounting records. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely collection and verification of financial information. * Support month-end closing activities, audits, and routine accounting processes.
