What They're Looking For.
Must Have
HBO work and thinking level (diploma desired but not a hard requirement). Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial field sales professional, preferably in technical or industrial installations. Good command of Dutch and French is an advantage for Belgian customers.
Nice to Have
Technical insight and affinity with refrigeration technology and/or knowledge of industrial cooling is a plus. An existing network in the technical sector is a nice-to-have.

Als **Accountmanager Service Industrial Refrigeration NL** bij **Johnson Controls** help je klanten om hun industriële koelinstallaties en warmtepompen betrouwbaar, energie‑efficiënt en toekomstbestendig te houden. Je richt je op serviceoplossingen voor onze Sabroe‑technologie en speelt een belangrijke rol in het versterken van onze positie in Nederland en de Benelux. Je werkt zelfstandig in de buitendienst en combineert klantbezoeken met thuis- en kantoordagen. Daarbij word je ondersteund door een deskundig team, moderne tools en de brede internationale kennis van Johnson Controls. ## **Jouw verantwoordelijkheden** * Adviseren van klanten over servicecontracten, onderhoudsoplossingen en moderniseringsmogelijkheden voor Sabroe-koelinstallaties en warmtepompen. * Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties, in nauwe samenwerking met technische specialisten en servicecoördinatie. * Opstellen van duidelijke, technisch onderbouwde offertes en zorgen voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging. * Herkennen van optimalisatiemogelijkheden bij bestaande installaties en deze vertalen naar passende servicevoorstellen. * Signaleren van trends en kansen in de industriële koudetechniek. * Registreren van klantcontacten, acties en resultaten in het CRM-systeem. * Vertegenwoordigen van Johnson Controls op vakbeurzen, seminars en klantbijeenkomsten. ## **Wat breng jij mee?** * HBO‑werk- en denkniveau (diploma gewenst maar geen harde eis). * Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als commercieel buitendienstprofessional, bij voorkeur binnen techniek of industriële installaties. * Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met koeltechniek en/of warmtepompen; kennis van industriële koeling is een plus. * Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, overtuigingskracht en een klantgerichte mindset. * Een proactieve, zelfstandige en resultaatgerichte m
