What You'll Do.
timely and proper substantiation of financial reporting monthly submissions in line with the Syngenta Financial Reporting requirements.
Ensure properly recording cost of newly added fixed assets and Fixed Asset (FA) depreciation
as well as accounting for impairments/disposal.
Prepare relevant adjustments related to Fixed Asset (FA) accounts ensuring timely and accurate recording of all Fixed Asset (FA) transactions.
Open Project Review of project completion and capitalization - analyze and monitor Asset under construction (AUC) account.
Bank transactions analysis and ensure proper accounting
in collaboration with other Finance Operations areas.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all business transactions in ERP system according to the IFRS rules for group reporting and local GAAP rules for statutory reporting (local ERP only).
Work together with GFO (Accounting to Report partners in India) to ensure data quality and output are reliable.
Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency in relevant processes.
Give high quality of support to fixed assets management.
Contribute to a high level of financial compliance.
Support internal /external audits and ensure timely remediation of outstanding audit issues.
