This position is responsible for preparing contracts and awards, reviewing supporting documentation and approving requests for reimbursement, managing work order accounts from beginning to closeout for rural, urban, and regional transportation systems within assignment area. The individual will assist sub-recipients in the financial implementation of Integrated Mobility Division funded projects. The individual is responsible for implementing fiscal policies and guidance for the Federal Section 5303, 5309/5339, 5310, 5311, CARES, ARPA and CRRSAA Programs, Rural Capital Program, Rural Operating Assistance Program (Elderly and Disabled Transportation Assistance Program, Work First Transitional/Employment Transportation Assistance Program and the Rural General Public Program), Human Service Transportation Management, State Maintenance Assistance Program, and the Statewide Technology Program. Specialty tasks will include but not be limited to managing databases, light rail projects, fixed asset inventory, creating and managing requisitions, presenting PowerPoint Presentations at various conferences and Legislative reports upon request.
