Nice to Have
associate’s degree, SharePoint knowledge for managing and maintaining department online resources, Experience with Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing, Experience with PeopleSoft or similar accounting/ERP software, Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic approvals, Experience with corporate travel booking systems, Candidate demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and IA tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed, Exercises sound judgement, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes
What You'll Do.
Administrative support for Strategic Accounting Leadership Team (SALT)
Administrative support for Accounting Executive Assistant
Administrative support for LEAD TEAM
Administrative support for accounting department
Schedule and organize meetings
Attend and take meeting minutes
and distribute correspondence and presentations
Process and track expense reports and credit card reconciliations
Coordinate travel arrangements
Participate in and support one or more committees
Manage DocuSign workflow
update and assist with the internal accounting SharePoint sites
Support accounting staff with administrative tasks
Provide administrative support to the accounting team during month-end and year-end close processes
Facilitate interactions with vendors and Accounts Payable
Participate in Denver Support Staff team
Play a key role in planning and executing the bi-annual accounting retreat
Assist with event coordination for internal team activities
and other company-sponsored functions
Other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
