We are a vertically integrated firm, focused on developing, building, owning, and managing beautiful places where people want to be! ### Supervisor, Accounting **What You’ll Do** * Oversee the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, variance analyses, property/tenant statistics, and general ledger reconciliations * Manage tax preparation and REIT testing processes * Supervise and review the work of Property Accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards * Take ownership of more complex property financial statements and reporting * Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * 5-7 years of general ledger and financial statement preparation experience, ideally in a property management or real estate environment * Public Accounting experience preferred * Extensive experience with GAAP and REIT testing * Prior management or supervisory experience preferred ### About WS Development Massachusetts-based WS Development is a mixed-use developer with a singular mission: creating places people want to be.
