This role ensures the integrity of our financial data through robust internal controls, streamlined month-end processes, and the development of clear procedural documentation. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Review tax filings and regulatory submissions, including GST, and fuel taxes Oversee the full AP/AR cycles, ensuring timely collections of outstanding receivables and punctual payment of vendor obligations Analyze cash flow visibility by monitoring bank balances and reviewing/signing off on monthly bank reconciliations Coach and mentor staff by communicating clear job expectations and providing technical guidance on complex accounting entries Lead the month-end close process by analyzing variances, monitoring revenue/expenses, and performing thorough reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts Drive operational
