Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, specializing in general ledger, understanding of basic accounting principles, High attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Proficient in Excel, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to Have
knowledge of Oracle system experience
What You'll Do.
supporting day-to-day accounting operations
ensuring accurate financial records
assisting with month end and year end close processes
Perform end-of-month closing and post-closing activities such as preparing general ledger entries
assisting with balance sheet reconciliations
compiling data and supporting documentation for journal entries
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Assist with accounts payable
Assist with internal and external audits and tax inquiries by providing documentation and explanations
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (GAAP)
Perform other related duties as assigned
