Must Have

What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain standards for functional roles
and process journal reconcile general ledger accounts
Maintain records of assets
and other financial transactions
Prepare financial statements and inter-company reconciliations
Generate ad hoc reports for internal use
Support annual external audits
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
Obtain necessary approvals for accounting purposes
Recommend process improvements
Reconcile monthly bank accounts
Maintain receipts and disbursement reports
Interpret financial reports for managers
Perform other duties as assigned
Handle accrual and prepaid account reconciliation
Assist with month/quarter-end financial close
Post actual expenses and salaries
Execute vendor payments
Support representative offices and service companies
