Must Have

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, +1 year in accounting, Knowledge of SAP, HFM, or other ERP systems, Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, Good Command of Italian and English language

What You'll Do.

Overseeing financial reporting

Compliance with internal policies

Prepare and review accounting entries

Maintain general ledger accounts

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes

Ensure compliance with internal policies

Assist in the preparation of financial analysis reports

Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies

and opportunities for improvement

Utilize financial software such as SAP

or other Business systems for reporting purposes

Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions

Reconcile bank accounts

and intercompany transactions

Support cash flow management

Implement and improve internal controls

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with different departments (finance, operations, shared services) to improve financial workflows

Communication Scope

Good Command of Italian and English language
