What You'll Achieve.

The candidate may be required to work one weekend per month. In such cases, two weekdays off will be provided to ensure a balanced schedule.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3–5 years in public accounting or industry accounting function, knowledge of GAAP, knowledge of accrual accounting
Nice to Have
CPA license or eligibility preferred, Familiarity with tools like Bill. com, Expensify, Ramp, Concur is a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage and execute complex accounting and advisory engagements for diverse clients
Review financial statements
and ensure compliance with GAAP
Assist with client onboarding and relationship management
Oversee work performed by Associates and provide coaching and feedback
Perform technical research and draft clear
Identify opportunities to expand services and add value for clients
Utilize ERP systems and accounting platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
performing bank reconciliations
reconciling balance sheet accounts
leading month-end close activities
creating and analyzing financial reports
mentoring junior staff
supporting overall team development
