What You'll Do.
Support day-to-day accounting operations including receivables and payables
and month-end reporting across our global operations.
ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely processing of transactions and payments.
Support day-to-day bookkeeping
including posting revenue and expenses
and month-end accruals.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
Prepare and reconcile intercompany journal entries.
Assist with all month-end close activities
including inter-company adjustments and balance sheet reconciliations
leading to financial statement preparation.
Assist with reporting for internal and external stakeholders
including monthly and budget variance reports.

Full Job Description
The Accounting Operations Specialist at Globalli will support day-to-day accounting operations including receivables and payables, bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting across our global operations. Reporting initially to the Head of Finance, this role plays a key part in ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely processing of transactions and payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity, multi-currency environment. The role requires overlap with the US Eastern Time zone and an appreciation for the demands of a global startup. What You’ll Do Core Accounting Operations Support day-to-day bookkeeping, including posting revenue and expenses, payroll entries, and month-end accruals. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Prepare and reconcile intercompany journal entries. Assist with all month-end close activities, including inter-company adjustments and balance sheet reconciliations, leading to financial statement preparation. Assist with reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly and budget variance reports.
