Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, 1-3 years of accounting, payroll, AP, AR, or related finance experience, Foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and organizational skills, Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.
Coordinate payroll processing activities
and review payroll data
Coordinate payroll approvals and submit information
Serve as point of contact for payroll questions
Resolve payroll discrepancies
Maintain payroll documentation
Support payroll reconciliations and reporting
Ensure payroll activities are compliant
Assist with account reconciliations
Assist with operational reporting
Support process improvement initiatives
Update documentation and workflows
Develop working knowledge across accounting operations
Provide operational and project support
