What You'll Do.

Manage all financial aspects of projects

and financial reporting.

Review the creation of and own the maintenance of project-level accounts

ensuring all postings

and payments are completed on schedule.

Review monthly job reports and proactively identify risks

or schedule affecting issues.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

addressing any discrepancies or financial issues that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure proper percentage of completion accounting for all projects.

Collaborate with sales teams regarding billing

and project financials

resolving any issues that may arise.

Lead recurring meetings and ad hoc meetings to troubleshoot issues with job coordinate with other departments to remediate any and all related issues.

Ensure correct application of percentage of completion accounting

aligning with project lifecycle and delivery phases.

Support the accounting team in overseeing aspects of the monthly

and annual closing process.

Proactively identify and address discrepancies

or irregularities in financial data.

Work quickly and efficiently to resolve issues

ensuring that accounting records remain precise and reliable.

Assist in and support process improvement projects.

Prepare audit schedules and provide supporting documentation for external auditors.
