What You'll Do.
Prepare client financial statements
Act as primary point of contact
Maintain & review General Ledger
Oversee Year-end review
Review month end financials
Communicate with clients
Build relationships with clients
Manage system approvals
Participate in onboarding
Participate in offboarding
Delegate tasks to team members
Ensure client assignments distributed
Ensure client assignments balanced
Collaborate with U.S. -based Manager
Conduct monthly internal training
Conduct performance evaluations
Deliver feedback regularly
Participate in meetings
Review existing processes
Identify opportunities for improvement
